Neither the auctioneer nor the owner accept any responsibilty for errors or omissions in description or condition. All items sold as is/where is. After an item has been declared sold it is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Nothing is to be removed until paid in full. Anyone issuing NSF cheques or stoppping payment is liable for charges and will pay all costs.
